It’s been raining continuously since the last one week in Singapore. I heard that heavy rains happen in the month of December. But I am not complaining, this is a welcome break from the hot and sunny weather.
We went to the Pasir Ris town park and were presented with some fantabulous views. It was really picturesque with all flowers fallen on the green grass. The trees in the park are now days laden with pink and white flowers. Due to heavy breeze the delicate flowers were showered down covering the green patches below.
Take a look at some of the shots

It would be really interesting if I start marking my calendar whenever I eat something new and interesting and giving color codes based on how much I relished it.Â
Today was one of those days, I tried the “Curry Puff†from Old Chang Kee
stall at Pasir ris. And I must add that it was really very very yummy. Just like our Indian Samosa but with chicken, potatoes and boiled egg and spicy too. They serve it really hot and it goes well with a hot cuppa. Just the perfect thing that one would love to do on a rainy afternoon. For a dollar per piece it’s a real good deal and filling also. I think I’ll be a regular at the stall. Â
Now I can understand their logo, it shows the edge of the curry puff in a nice orange hue, immediately reminding you of the Curry Puff.
A word of caution, it is deep fried and so quite oily, and if you are already on a diet watch, this is something you should avoid. Â

Now that I already have a copy of the Harry Potter book and relished it, I will talk about the iPhone. Continue Reading »
